process

Our design process starts with your contact via phone or email and discussing your ideas and requirements. 

An initial site visit may or may not be needed at this point, and the design process can be started. Based from your ideas we can make a simple 2D design and put together samples of materials and colours. 

After some decisions have been made, we can move ahead and put a quotation together for the work involved.

If you choose to go ahead with the agreed work, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, and you will be given an estimated installation/completion date.

A further 25% of your balance would be paid at the start of the manufacturing process approximately 2-4 weeks before installation/completion date. No further alterations to the design can be made after this point.

The remaining balance will be paid on completion.
